Having grown up in San Diego, Harold Watts has lived in California his entire life. Licensed since 1998, he moved from San Francisco to Palm Springs in 1999 and began selling real estate in 2000.
With extensive experience in new home sales, property management, short sales & foreclosures, and vacant land sales, Harold also specializes in luxury homes & condos in the second home market- specifically in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.
In endeavoring to make buying real estate a fun experience for clients, Harold ensures that transactions are as seamless and easy as possible for his clients. Many of his clients have become life-long friends and to him, real estate is about creating relationships, not just selling homes.
Harold was the 2011 Director for the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors and is active in numerous philanthropic organizations. He is an active participant in the AIDS Life/Cycle, a 545-mile bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money for HIV/AIDS services, and volunteers for Gilda’s Club, a cancer support group he joined when his mother died in 2011.
Prior to selling real estate, Harold worked as a Group Sales Manager for Macy’s San Francisco, an Assistant Store Manager for Williams-Sonoma, and a Visual Coordinator for Stroud’s Linens. He also worked in the wedding industry as a Manager for Gingiss Formalwear and President Tuxedos.
With interests that include cycling, hiking, and world travel, Harold’s favorite quote is “Someday is not a day of the week”, and believes in living life to the fullest. Knowing every day is precious has enabled Harold to experience wonderful parts of life: he has jumped out of airplanes, zip-lined across rivers in Mexico, rode his bicycle across California, climbed mountains in Machu Picchu, and intends to travel every country in the world as part of his bucket list.
